• Payment must be made before I start the drawing

• No full refunds once I’ve started the piece
• Partial refunds may be possible if the artwork is unfinished or in case of emergencies
• Chargebacks or disputes without notice will result in a permanent blacklist

✦ WORKING PROCESS ✦

+ Inquiry & Discussion• Send me your idea and any reference images
• We’ll discuss the details and I’ll provide a price quote
• Once confirmed, I’ll add your name to my Trello waiting list, where you can
track your commission’s progress+ Payment• Full payment is required before I start working+ Sketch & Approval• I’ll send you a rough sketch for review
• You may request 1–3 revisions before I proceed to the next step
• Major adjustments (pose, composition, outfit, etc.) should be made during this stage
• Once I begin rendering, large revisions, such as new characters, poses, or lighting
will be considered a new illustration+ Progress & Final• You’re welcome to ask for WIPs or progress updates anytime+ Upon completion, you will receive
• Unwatermarked full-quality file
• Watermarked version
• Optional WIPs or no background version (if requested)
• All commissions are digital only, no physical prints or merchandise are shipped
• Rush deadlines or additional requests beyond the original
agreement may incur an extra fee

✦ COPYRIGHT & USAGE ✦

• I retain full copyright and authorship of all artworks
• I may post completed pieces in my portfolio or on social media (with watermark)
• The client does not own the copyright by default, only the rights to use the finished artwork for personal (non-commercial) purposes
• Copyright or full ownership transfer can be negotiated for an additional fee price varies depending on the artwork’s type and intended usage
• Commercial usage or resale rights must be discussed
and agreed upon before payment+ Client may:• Post the low resolution version that I upload, with proper credit (e.g. tag or @handle)
• Use the artwork as an icon, avatar, or banner for personal use+ Client may NOT:• Use the artwork for any commercial purpose
(ads, merchandise, books, covers, logos, etc.)
• Sell it as an NFT, use it for AI training/generation, or resell it in any form
• Remove or edit my watermark/signature, trace, or claim the artwork as your own
• Upload or share the high resolution file public, if you choose
to do so, it’s at your own risk
